More about Lynn L. Sowden, Principal and Founder

Sowden has almost 30 years of business success as both an internal and external consultant working with more than 150 companies, and more than 10 years as an educator working with hundreds of adult students across roles and industries:

  • Assisting companies through Navigations Consulting since 1995
  • Consulting to certain New Jersey companies through The Management Institute at Rowan University since 2001
  • Educating as Adjunct faculty member since 1995 for the Campolo School of Professional and Graduate Studies at Eastern University, and since 2003 in Nueva Esperanza Center for Higher Education at Eastern
  • Formerly, key leader for performance and culture change at Presbyterian Medical Center of Philadelphia; prior to that, member of senior management team, building an entrepreneurial marketing division at CIGNA Companies.  Prior to that, mid to senior-level management positions in financial services, consulting and healthcare


In addition to her accomplishments on behalf of clients, Sowden contributes to the community and the profession:

  • Guest lecturer for professional associations, universities, and non-profit organizations

  • Advisory Board member for the Kanner Center of the Devereux Foundation
